Maybe you’re all right. Maybe it’s a waste of time. Maybe I’m kidding myself. Maybe I’m a cross between a hopeless romantic and an idiot. Maybe I should just walk away and let him go and let someone else do the work and find the way inside. Maybe it’s all just silliness and misplaced desire and lonely wishing. Maybe it’s not my place or my time to reach him.
But I can’t help but think how many have probably walked away from him, thinking the same thing. Maybe he’s… maybe we’re… maybe not.
Maybe I should ignore the voice in my heart that tells me that maybe…

Women kill themselves with hope. Men don't. It's a great conumdrum, and there is no answer.
You know your heart and circumstances better than anyone, so you know what you can stand.
But I hope that you don't have both eyes so completely fixed on him that you don't see other possibilities that may come in the future. And I say that knowing full well that sounds corny and cliche and unhelpful. :)
I know how you feel. And I'm sorry that life (and the boy) are making you feel this way.
Men suck. That is all...
I'm sorry for all the ups and downs.
You deserve to be desired and you shouldn't have to work this hard. It shouldn't be work at all.
Maybe you guys should be hanging out by yourselves and get stupid drunk. Then you jump on him. His reaction from there will tell you exactly what you need to know.
Also, the shitty thing about the whole thing, is the energy you're giving to him, and not yourself. Maybe a ton of women have walked away, but who's to say it's your job to keep up the fight? Especially when he's being so stupid. You owe it to yourself to take care of you as well. If you were in a relationship with him, and he was treating you this way, I'd say kick him to the curb, as it's draining you dry. What's the point in settling on something that makes you not happy?
Don't settle. You are the best woman in the world. Funny, sexy, intelligent, creative, driven... any man who doesn't realize the beauty of you, who doesn't acknowledge that, doesn't want to receive your love, and thank his lucky stars for you every single day he's with you is stupid. Any man who doesn't treat you like the queen you are everyday, who doesn't respect you, who doesn't turn to you, is just as stupid.
Wow this is coming out harsher than I wanted.... Your OOMA may be practically perfect for you, but I've come to learn maybe practically perfect isn't something we should look for. Maybe we should go for a little off kilter.
I love ya lady, you have become a great friend in the past year. I definitely want the best for you.

When it comes to love, I've always followed my heart...and it's usually gotten me into trouble...except this time around. I'm a hopeless romantic myself, so what do I know? My only advice is to do what you KNOW is right for YOU. :-)
